3. Services Provided

We provide comprehensive legal support in purchasing residential and commercial properties, including due diligence, contract review, negotiation assistance, and closing procedures.

4. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate and complete information and necessary documents. Failure to do so may result in service delays or additional charges.

5. Fees and Payment

Our fees are outlined in the engagement letter. Payments are due upon invoice issuance. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and credit card. Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest fee.

6. Refund Policy

We strive for client satisfaction. The refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund if cancellation is requested in writing within 24 hours of signing the engagement letter and before any work has commenced.
• 50% refund if cancellation is requested within 7 days of signing, provided no substantial work has begun.
• Partial refunds for cancellations after work has commenced, calculated on a pro-rata basis based on hours worked, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of 100 CHF.
• No refunds for cancellations made after 30 days from the engagement date or after completion of Services.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our office address or via email, subject to verification.

7. Limitation of Liability

Legalnestfast's liability is limited to the total fees paid. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Disclosure occurs only with client consent or as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
